I've had my undergraduate for 18, 20 years. And I just recognized that to advance to that next level or to have the skill set that's required to lead at a new level that an MBA was going to be required. And I've always had it as one of my goals that I wanted to achieve-- acquire my MBA.
So academically, it was something I didn't have a whole lot of apprehension about. But balancing that with family and kids, and I'm married, and school and work was quite the challenge. And I found that the format of the North America program works quite well. It's still very rigorous. It's challenging, but I am able to bring all of those things together and balance life and school and work.
